Banns of Marriage Application Form

We understand that there are occasions where couples have connections to other churches, and are able to be married elsewhere, but need banns calling to meet the legal requirements.

Please complete this form, if you live in any of the villages served by the churches in Bewsborough Parish, but are getting married in a church outside the parish.

A fee of £56.00 applies, and will need to be paid prior to the banns certificate being issued.
